Why do you want BMD flags?:To be able to hold up a proposition to Delta Green as a supplier
Backstory(List how they got black market supply line):As a citizen of City 8 chris hated life during a sweep of the slums he exited the main city and went to escape, on his way out he encountered an OTA, he took a SMG from a downed MPF unit nearby and took down the OTA, stealing his reinforced armor after unlatching it with a few well placed shots, he escaped to the outlands he resumed his way throughout many diverse cities studying french,Italian, and russian. In the end he made his way to city 45 where he knew many supply routes from the outlands and just how to get them, with a gun and his armor...
