1: No more rape torture, it's against UU law, and is classified as UPA, even if done with an object. Anyone unit who commits this act is subject to removal. (Amputation)
2: You must complete basic GRID duties. up to the rank of GRID.04 before being able to apply for a division. This applies for all incoming units, all units now may keep their ranks.
3: Weapon permissions, you are no longer allowed to use a MP7 until GRID.01 or if you have joined a division, and the DvL has trained you with it. Both weapons (9mm + MP7) require training from a DvL+ for a unit to be auth'd to carry it in public.
